No refunds are accepted at this time. Please contact info@ritaloweryhair.com for any questions related to refunds or exchanges. All Rita Hair Clip-Ins are FINAL SALE items and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that picking the right color for your Rita Hair Extensions might be difficult, so we are happy to exchange your unopened Rita Hair Extensions for your preferred color within fourteen (14) days of you receiving your order. You must contact us within the fourteen (14) day exchange period to be eligible for an exchange of your unopened Rita Hair Extensions.

We only exchange items that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with.

 

To be eligible for exchange, your Rita Hair Extensions must be shipped or brought back unopened in the original packaging and all exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice/receipt. We will then provide you with our return address and instructions as to where the exchanged item will be inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange. 

You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you ship the product to be exchanged with a tracking number as Rita Hair will not be held responsible for any items lost in shipping. We will send you the different color hair extensions after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened, and protected by a
security seal, within 14 days of receipt.
